SiteGuys is a division of CYBERNOX AI focused on website design and development. We use the details you submit in a website enquiry to answer your request. This policy explains the connected form, hosting and analytics services, and how to contact us about your information.

We use the details you choose to provide to review your website enquiry and contact you. First name, email, phone, project type, a short message and an approximate budget range are required; business name and existing website are optional. The project type and budget menus both include “Not Sure Yet.” Do not include passwords or sensitive customer information.
Connected form and hosting
The enquiry form is built into the SiteGuys website, which is hosted on Vercel. Submitted enquiries are stored in a Neon PostgreSQL database, and Resend sends enquiry notifications to our designated inboxes. These service providers process information needed to deliver the form, storage, email, hosting and security services. Information may be processed outside your province or country according to provider arrangements.
Website measurement
Vercel Web Analytics measures page visits, referring sites, device categories and selected link clicks. We exclude query strings from page URLs and do not send enquiry field contents to analytics. A click or form view is not treated as a completed enquiry. Submitted enquiries are stored in our website enquiry database, and notifications are sent to our designated inboxes.
Optional Google Analytics
When Google Analytics is configured, it remains blocked until you choose Accept analytics in the Analytics privacy control. It measures page visits and selected link clicks using cookies after consent. Reject analytics declines or withdraws consent; you can reopen the control at any time. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, message text or enquiry field contents to Google Analytics. Page URLs exclude query strings and fragments; referring URLs are reduced to their website origin. A link click or form view is not a successful enquiry. Google processes analytics information under its own privacy practices, potentially outside your province or country. Vercel measurement and the enquiry service described above are separate from this optional choice.
Access, retention and contact
Enquiry information is used for the requested conversation and related business records. Contact max@siteguys.ca to ask about access, corrections, deletion or our handling of your information. We retain records for operational needs and applicable obligations; access is limited to authorised people and providers.
Optional services and external websites
Links to portfolio projects and optional ecosystem services lead to separate websites with their own privacy practices. The initial quote request does not by itself subscribe you to an unrelated marketing campaign.
